I decided that I really do like the inkscroll with the black background and so I’ve posted a new project on Elance (a freelancer project bidding website bringing providers and buyers together), to come up with a new revised look for the website on that basis. Also, I felt the current look was a bit bland. The cost? A not so cool (I hate spending money) $400 but I get to have as many free iterations until I’m happy. My chosen provider was someone in the States so the time difference is handy as I can communicate with them once I’m done with my day’s work.
